Vitturi Castle is a historic fortress located in Kaštel Lukšić, within the Kaštela administrative area of Dalmatia, Croatia. Originally constructed at the end of the 15th century by the aristocratic Vitturi family from Trogir, the structure was designed to protect both the noble household and the residents of the nearby village of Ostrog. Although initial construction began in the late 1400s, the complex was fully completed in 1564 in the style of a luxurious Renaissance palace. The original design featured a residential building flanked by two defensive towers and was initially accessible via a drawbridge, which was later replaced by a stone bridge in the 18th century. The site also includes a classicistic park dating from the same century, which was designated as a monument of park architecture in 1968.

Today, the renovated castle serves as the vibrant cultural center of Kaštel Lukšić. Its former residential quarters now house the town museum and various cultural institutions, while the grounds frequently host exhibitions, concerts, and theatrical performances. Beyond its architectural beauty and current utility, the castle is renowned for its association with the tragic legend of Miljenko and Dobrila, often cited as the Croatian equivalent of Romeo and Juliet. This 17th-century tale of forbidden love between members of feuding noble families has inspired numerous operas, novels, and plays. The story concludes with the lovers' untimely deaths and their burial in the local church of St. John, where an inscription honoring their eternal union remains a significant local landmark.
