Krasen castle

Krasen castle, also known as Krasen Kale, is a Bulgarian fortress located near the village of Bata in the Pazardzhik Province. It is situated about 3 kilometers from the village and 6 kilometers south of the municipal center, Panagyurishte.

The castle has been dated to the 10th century AD and its architectural style is not specifically mentioned, however, it is known that the remains of the walls reach up to 6 meters. Although the castle has been ruined, it still holds historical significance as a testament to Bulgaria's rich history.
