- Notes
- Francis Blennerhassett built a tower house and bawn before 1620, which was sold to Enniskillen merchant James Caldwell in 1660. In the 1780s it was extensively remodeled and enlarged to form a country house in the Gothic style. It was abandoned in the late 19th century, and in 1913 the Forest Service purchased the estate. Today, the ruins remain standing within the forest.
