Tatti is a small medieval village located in the Tuscany region of central Italy, specifically within the province of Grosseto. Administratively, it serves as a frazione of the comune of Massa Marittima and is situated in the scenic Colline Metallifere area. Perched on a hill at an elevation of 412 meters, the settlement lies approximately 37 kilometers from Grosseto and 20 kilometers from Massa Marittima. While its population has fluctuated slightly over recent decades, with 209 residents recorded in 2011, Tatti remains a quiet community known locally as Tatterini. The village traces its origins back to the 11th century, establishing it as a historic site with deep roots in the Tuscan landscape.
