Rusiec

Rusiec is a village located in Bełchatów County within Łódź Voivodeship in central Poland. The settlement serves as the administrative seat of Gmina Rusiec and is situated approximately 28 kilometers west of Bełchatów and 62 kilometers southwest of Łódź, the regional capital. The village has a population of around 1,500 residents.

The village features the Church of the Visitation of the Holy Virgin Mary as a notable landmark. Rusiec benefits from good transportation connections, lying along national road 42 and featuring a station on the Polish Coal Trunk Line, which facilitates access to the broader region.
